Misty Connella, LMT, CCT
After getting certified through the University of Alaska in May of 2004, Misty immediately went into the medical massages field. Starting her practice in a Chiropractic office, she assisted clients recovering from auto, sports, and work related injuries. Misty soon traveled to the Big Island of Hawaii in 2005 where she enjoyed a multicultural setting while supporting the spirit of aloha. There she found herself in a Spa atmosphere, where she could still provide her clients with therapeutic massage, while expanding into relaxation and spa techniques. Her desire to be closer to family and nature, along with enjoying four seasons, drew her to North Idaho in 2007. She soon fell in love with North Idaho and has no plans to leave any time soon. She is happily married, has 3 children, 2 dogs and a cat. She enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, knitting, music, gardening, micro brews, wine, finding natural healing through food, exercise and self-care.
Denali received her Reiki Certification in February of 2019. She is intuitive, empathetic, can see auras and has an intense passion for helping people. Helping others discover new things about themselves, uncovering past memories or forgotten experiences to heal from and understand better is one of here favorite things about Reiki. Through guided energy work she can help each person move forward with acceptance, forgiveness and love. If you are looking for inner healing and renewal, you will be blessed by a gentle soul to walk you through your healing journey.
On a personal note, she adores all animals, her favorite color is purple. She enjoys anime and going to Japan has long been a dream. She has a small obsession with turtles and one of her pets is a female albino rat name Mr. White. You can often find her beach combing for interesting stuff like broken glass, drift wood, bottle caps and throwing garbage away. She dabbles in photography, mostly nature and animals, of course. She love’s living in North Idaho! She moved here, with her family, when she was 6 and thinks it is one of the best places to grow up. She, also, goes hunting, fishing and hiking often, with her family and friends.
